Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We offer 15-day returns from the delivery date for items in original condition with tags attached. Please contact our customer care team to initiate a return.
Are there any items that can’t be returned?
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on extreme thong styles or any swimwear that appears to have been worn. All other items may be returned within our policy period.
How long do refunds take to process?
Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. The timing for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider.
Do you offer exchanges?
Currently, we process returns and ask customers to place a new order for the desired item. This ensures you receive fresh, unworn inventory in your preferred size or style.
