Our Return Policy
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. All items must be:
- In original condition with tags attached
- Unworn, unwashed, and free of any alterations
- In the original packaging with all protective liners intact
Note: For hygiene reasons, bikini top padding and extreme thong styles are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Step 1: Submit Your Request

Step 2: Receive Your Authorization
Within 1-2 business days, we’ll email you:
- Return authorization number
- Prepaid return shipping label (for US customers)
- Instructions for international returns
Step 3: Package & Ship Your Return
Securely package your item(s) and include:
- Completed return form (included with your original shipment)
- Original packing slip or invoice

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Timing: Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days
- Method: Funds will be credited to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable
Exchange Process
For size exchanges:
- We’ll ship your new item once we receive the return
- No additional shipping charges for standard exchanges within the same collection
- Price differences will be charged/refunded as needed
International Returns
For customers outside the US:
- You’re responsible for return shipping costs
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service
- Customs fees are non-refundable
Luxury Care Tip: Like our premium swimwear collections, we handle each return with meticulous attention. Please allow 1-2 weeks for international returns to reach our facility.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Include photos of the issue
- We’ll arrange for expedited replacement or refund
