Our Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. All items must be:

  • In original condition with tags attached
  • Unworn, unwashed, and free of any alterations
  • In the original packaging with all protective liners intact

Note: For hygiene reasons, bikini top padding and extreme thong styles are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Step 2: Receive Your Authorization

Within 1-2 business days, we’ll email you:

  • Return authorization number
  • Prepaid return shipping label (for US customers)

Step 3: Package & Ship Your Return

Securely package your item(s) and include:

  • Completed return form (included with your original shipment)
  • Original packing slip or invoice

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

Exchange Process

For size exchanges:

  • We’ll ship your new item once we receive the return
  • No additional shipping charges for standard exchanges within the same collection
  • Price differences will be charged/refunded as needed

International Returns

For customers outside the US:

  • You’re responsible for return shipping costs
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service
  • Customs fees are non-refundable
