All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Methods
We offer two shipping options to accommodate your needs:
- Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx (10-15 business days delivery after shipment)
- Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS (15-25 business days delivery after shipment)
Note: We currently ship worldwide, excluding some Asian countries and remote areas. Shipping times may vary during peak seasons.

Return Policy Details
- Returns and exchanges accepted within 15 days of receiving your order
- Items must be in original condition with tags attached
- Unworn, unwashed, and free of any alterations
- Original packaging with all protective liners intact
Important Note on Final Sale Items
For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective:
- Bikini top padding
- Extreme thong styles
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

- Reason for return/exchange
- Preferred resolution (refund or exchange details)
Step 2: Receive Authorization
Within 1-2 business days, we’ll email you:
- Return authorization number
- Prepaid return shipping label (US customers)
- International return instructions (if applicable)
Step 3: Package & Ship Your Return
Securely package your item(s) including:
- Completed return form (from original shipment)
- Original packing slip or invoice

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Timing: Processed within 3-5 business days
- Method: Credited to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable
Exchange Process
- We’ll ship your new item once we receive the return
- No additional shipping charges for standard size exchanges within the same collection
- Price differences will be charged/refunded as needed
International Returns
- Customers outside the US are responsible for return shipping costs
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service
- Customs fees are non-refundable
- Please allow 1-2 weeks for international returns to reach our facility
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Include photos of the issue
- We’ll arrange for expedited replacement or refund
